naqqi The company explained in a statement on "Tadawul" that the contract will be self-financed from its resources without the need for any external financing, indicating that the contract includes construction works to prepare the infrastructure, structures, and poultry pen buildings; In accordance with the highest quality standards, and in line with the application of the latest technology used in the table egg production sector.

It indicated that the project was designed and planned to operate breeding pens and production pens; In order to increase the capacity of the poultry sector by 450% compared to the current actual capacity, which can increase the production capacity to reach approximately 165 million eggs annually; In line with the general plan to expand the poultry sector.

The company added that the project will be implemented in two phases, which will allow the first phase to be operational before the completion of the entire project, and will enhance operational efficiency during the first year, indicating that the start date for the project is December 20, 2024 (21 Jumada al-Akhirah 1446 AH), and its construction is expected to be completed on September 20, 2025 (28 Rabi` al-Awwal 1447 AH), with commercial production expected for the project on November 1, 2025 (10 Jumada al-Awwal 1447 AH).

The company expected the financial impact of this project to be reflected in the financial statements in the fourth quarter of 2025, noting that there are no related parties among the parties to this deal.

According to the statement, this comes within the framework of the company's continuous efforts to develop its projects, expand the scope of its work, and increase its production capacity.
